02/10/2018 ( Week 6 )

 This week we got a lecture on research strategy. The first part we discussed about was two types of research method which are quantitative and qualitative.

16/10/2018 (Week 8)

This week is a continuation of week 6 where is also about the various research method for data collection. This research is through primary sources includes observation, interview as well as questionnaire.

 for this week, we have to start thinking about the research method to collect the necessary primary data.

 After some thinking and planning, I decided to go with qualitative method as well as focus group.
FEEDBACK : Ms Jinchi said that the 3 method chosen is more or less correct where the main purpose of my study is to find out or get the feedback of the END user so its good that I implement Survey Questionnaire, Focus Group, Interview. the only concern here is that the time given to finish this task is not enough finish all of the method so ms Jinchi advice me to choose two method out of the 3 the best if I can do 3 method that will be great but if not two is good enough.  

23/10/2018 (Week 9)

 For this week in class we have to share about what I think of doing for the data collection methods.


FEEDBACK : 
Ms Jinchi said, for this research methods survey in questionnaire, is good because is one of the top use for your research topic where we are here to test on what is the end user experience and feedback. Second, Focus group is also one of a good method to use where we can also experience and see the reaction of the participants. For focus group I have to transcribe out what did all the participants said. After I have to justify why am I asking this question for and 5 open ended is too much where I have to change some of the questions and I was recommended to put 2 images and based on the two images I can asked my questions based on the two image. can a reminder is I cannot be buyers. I have to change a few questions.

 FEEDBACK :
Ms Jinchi did some correction on my question and some grammar error, after its corrected my question is ready to go into google form but I have to prepare ah paragraph to explain on what is this survey on and to give a brief idea to the audience on what topic of survey they are going to answer.

Up to today I got 104 response for my survey question. For focus group I had 3 of my friend too conduct the focus group.

FEEDBACK :
Ms Jinchi said that my google form has sufficient of response and I can start to relate back all the response to my research topic, research problem, research objective. For focus group I also can start to transcribe out my focus group recording, reminder is not to skip or miss out any thing that is recorded and I have to also relate back the research topic.

It's a public holiday for this Tuesday, but we have to show our progress online and make sure that our blog is up to date.

Chong Siong Loong Ron ( 0334452 ) Digital Imaging and Photography  Final project - Cinemagraph -  Surrealistic Parallax INSTRUCTION abc 29/06/18 (week 14) Our final project is basically consisted of making a cinemagraph - surrealistic gif which could be loosely based on using stock images and images on free images websites or any images of our own. 1st thing that came to my mine was to do a tea pot pouring out blue tea to the cup endlessly like those gif we usefully see online.
