08/11/2019 - 29/11/2019 ( Week 11 - Week 14 ) Chong Siong Loong Ron ( 0334452 ) Digital and Social Media Communication  Final Project - Pitch Deck, Design Application and Development   INSTRUCTIONS To start out for this project, our group started out by looking at all the analytics data that we had online, than identity the pain points from our persona and we also gather all the information from the four lenses. on which how we should design and change the Current Taylors website. we have compile all our findings for the final project in the slide.  As for our approach we think that the Curren website is clear enough as we want to keep the professional look at a 1st glance but we want to combine some subtitle to a single title as some of the current titles are separated into a few and they end up directing to the same page. 18/10/2019 - 01/11/2019 ( Week 8 - Week 10 ) Chong Siong Loong Ron ( 0334452 ) Digital and Social Media Communication  Project 3 - Defining the Four Lenses     INSTRUCTIONS Week 8 For week we are all required to narrate the four lenses that it could help to assist the data contextualisation. We was given the 4 lenses, as we have to present the data distillation based on the 4 lenses given. Week 9 For this week we typed out on all the data for the 4 lenses to let Mr Asrizal Check and see what to improve and to present it in a deck of slides. Week 10 Final Presentation slides for Four lenses FEEDBACK Week 9  Specific Feedback: For some part, especially for the history part, most of the information has to be in a story telling way. we have to add in some point to the lenses that we are missing out to be a complete deck of slides we when we present it.

They are used to keep the user front and center throughout the design, development and maintenance process. We were introduced to what is all this project all about and which is a interactive storytelling.
