( PROJECT 1A )

The assignment was assign to us and we had to find a recipe we liked. As for me I will use a recipe we got from a French restaurant and my mom modify it to her own recipe kind of chinese-ish seafood soup, where I personally don't like some of the ingredients in it where I modify the modified soup to my own soup recipe. this project aim is to arrange our illustration in a way that the message could be easily communicated with the viewer once they see it.

I started out with the ingredients because it takes a big part of the whole poster and I wanted to have a kitchen feel where I put at traced chopping board as a background.

As the ingredients is done I start putting things together in a bowl to show the look of the dish. for the ingredients I used a few layer to make the ingredients has gradient on it to make it more interesting and it dont look flat.

After that I start to illustrate the steps on how to cook it. After is done the next class I showed here after consultations the lecturer say the description is too long, I have to shorten it.

I have shorten the description to the shortest that I can go.

after everything is done I felt that the steps description part of the poster is not so visible from far so I decided to add a plain background as if its a cooking book.



It turn out to look kind of good so I decided that this will be a final for the poster.
Final Design
( PROJECT 1B )

 This project is a continuation from project 1a, as project 1a we have to create a static poster, where for this project 1b we have to show a infographic video where we need to show clear on how to cook our recipe where we have a limit time on our video.

 1st I watched a lot different recipe video as they show their dish 1st and the dish name. I decided to separate the whole video into 6 frames in AI 1st before I animate it in After Effect.

 After putting all in to different scene and different layer than I started to transfer all in After Effect to start the animation for this project 1b.

We are also required to put in sound for this project so I decided to go and find those Royale free background music to put as my background music, since my recipe is little French-ish so I put some jazz kind of music.

Chong Siong Loong Ron ( 0334452 ) Digital Imaging and Photography  Final project - Cinemagraph -  Surrealistic Parallax INSTRUCTION abc 29/06/18 (week 14) Our final project is basically consisted of making a cinemagraph - surrealistic gif which could be loosely based on using stock images and images on free images websites or any images of our own. 1st thing that came to my mine was to do a tea pot pouring out blue tea to the cup endlessly like those gif we usefully see online.
