Reflection 

Week 1
This week is our 1st class for minor project, as Mr Mike briefed us about what is aspected from this project and basically we have to build and design a campaign to promote sustainable living with Earthship in collaboration with Build For Tomorrow. Right after that we have to choose our group for the module, as we are going to work together for the whole project.
As my group is named as Eco FRIEND-ly and the group consists of Allen Liew, Chee Kent, Sam Mun Hoe, Brian, Jessy and Me (Ron Chong).

Week 2
For this week, we had Mr Ruben Cortes (the founder of Build For Tomorrow) to give us a introduction on what is Earthship and what is his vision for the project, as his main objective to us is need to introduce Earthship and he hope that our project will attract or educate more people out there.

Week 3
for this week we have to defined the overall structure and direction for the whole project, so we started out with the challenges for the project and we also came out with a project plan on the output, the constraints, the measurement of the project. with all the information, we came out with the project brief by following our challenges analysis which also helped us to decide on our target audience.

Week 4
This week, we had asset visit to the "Planter Box House" which is located in Bangsar. the whole house is rebuild and redesign with the self sustainable systems integrated in the house which it was definitely a eye opener for me as I never thought that living in a sustainable house can be so beautifully designed which it would be a much more approachable attempt for the people in this modern technology era.

Week 5
For this week we conducted a surveys and some interviews with our targeted audience as out data collection to act as a evidence to support our assumptions for the project, which with the collected data it also guide us on what are the output for our project such as all the design style, visuals styles, type of content and which platform should we focus on. with the large amount of response we had, that made us much more clearer on what are the different aspects that we should be following for the project.

Week 6
With the collected data we had, we narrowed down to what are the aspect and data that we should look and work on for this project, surprisingly most of the responses prefers video ads as compared to images ads but image is the second preferred media that is chosen. so we have lock down to producing video and create images. for the design style we have chosen it to be isometric style as its the best way for us to showcase our design with enough details for the audience to see and understand.

Week 7
For this week we started on working the flow chart and user journey for our campaign, and concurrently we have to do more refinement for our campaign as the idea of our campaign is not finalise at the moment. so for this week we have to work more on the campaign to lock down and confirmed the whole idea as, our "asset - video and ads" needs to start get to work.

Week 8
For this week, our campaign is locked down and confirmed, so we all start getting to work and individual by finding some references 1st, then we continue working on our own individual work task. As for me and Brian we have to come out with a few workable programs fort he campaign, for Chee Kent and Jessy is working on the design part by coming out with all the design assets for posters and video that we will work on later on.

Week 9
For this week, Our group we went to a company named Elias Projects at Atria Shopping Gallery, to interview an architect named (Mr Lionel) that has been working with Build For Tomorrow for a few project as they are the group of people that know best on how all the structural parts and all the self sustainable system of the proposed house of Build For Tomorrow for the orang asli.

Week 10
For this week, after the interview we had with Mr Lionel we have much more clearer picture on how the system should be place in a accurate placement and how the system works. We all continued working on all the videos, images, posters for our final outcome. As Most of the assets are done and for Allen and Sam starts working on the videos that we proposed to do, as for me I started out with writing the script for the video that we are working on, because our video has no subtitles so we have a voiceover to explain about the video.

Week 11
For this week, we all continue working on our work task.

Week 12
For this week, all our output work for the project such as posters, images and videos is at a refinement stage, because we have a post presentation before the actual presentation will Mr Ruben and all the architects that he has been working with.

Week 13
For this week, we had post presentation, as Mr Mike said that it's better for us to get feedback from him 1st so we have another week to improve more before the final presentation to all the invited guests. After the presentation, we have to change some of the look of the posters we created as its not on point yet and there is some small changes that we need to work on the videos.

Week 14
This week is our Final presentation of all our hard work since week1 till now, Fortunately, after we present our ideas to Mr Ruben, and the other architects, they all thinks that our idea is great as, as its a very complete approach, where it all the offerings that we have is varied and complete, and the systems and community is well combined and explained. Mr Ruben thinks that the educational video is well executed and the information is well explained. There are also programs like the solar street lights to raise funds for is very doable. But some of the Architects thinks that we can improved on the slides as its like a business pitch that we just gave, as stated our target audience is to the millennial so our tone and manner should be more relatable to the target audience.

Self reflection
From not knowing anything about Build For Tomorrow, Earthship and very minimal information about self sustainable house,  to now that I am kind of interested to introduce some of the system to my parents to start out small 1st. A big thanks to the awesome group members that I had for this project, although we all had a rough time going though all the problem the we face but finally everything is over and I presume we are all happy and satisfied with the outcome and all the good feedback we got back from the invited guests whom came for our presentation. It was actually a great opportunity for us to collaborate with Build For Tomorrow and it was a Great experience working in such a project and such a meaningful topic. As our groups tagline is #SavetheWorldToSaveYourSelf, I will definitely start practicing all the things that we have learn in this project to make this a better planet.
